OOH Capital Continues Asian Expansion with Two New Regional Directors

OOH Capital, the global Out of Home advisory company and consultancy, has extended its global reach with the addition of two regional directors who significantly expand the group’s Asian coverage.

Angie Cutter is a Regional Director for OOH Capital. Angie is also the Managing Director and Founder of TAC Media. She is a pioneering figure and a leading women entrepreneur in Malaysia with over 20-years of experience in the OOH industry.

Angie has a vast portfolio of clients across over 20 sectors such as telecommunications, power, FMCG, technology, consumer electronics, oil and gas. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies including PETRONAS as well as leading government linked companies such as Telekom Malaysia, Maxis and Digi, being equally at ease with multinational corporations such as Nestle, Coway and Panasonic.

 As a woman-in-leadership in the OOH industry, Angie’s dynamism and innovative mindset is creating a new paradigm in leading the industry with data, technology and innovation to transform it into a vibrant, credible, measurable and impactful component of the marketing mix.

Ichiro T. Jinnai serves as the Regional Director for OOH Capital in the Pacific Rim markets and is an expert in digital technology transformation. He is a result-driven and proactive digital advertising and business transformation professional with more than 20-years’ expertise in business development and strategy planning with particular experience working with domestic and international clients and partners.

As president of Hivestack Japan, the global ad tech leader in programmatic digital OOH he has been the catalyst for significant overseas business expansion, especially in the Japanese market with a firm sense of corporate strategy. He is the former CEO of LIVE BOARD, Japan’s first impression based DOOH media operator, which was established as a joint venture company between NTTDOCOMO and Dentsu.

Ichiro also serves as trustee on many charity boards including the International Christian University as well as president of the International Christian University Alumni Association.

Angie and Ichiro join Jim Liu who is a partner at OOH Capital. Together the three global executives provide a substantial presence in the Asian region which is a very important developmental market for OOH Capital.

Annie Rickard

Annie has over 30 years of executive experience in OOH at the highest level. During that time, she has been involved in developing and implementing strategies to grow businesses around the world, as well as acquisitions. She invested in people, insight and technology to create the world’s leading OOH agency.

She is a pioneer in the global OOH industry having been a founding partner of Posterscope in 1983, growing the world’s first OOH specialist agency into an international media powerhouse with revenues of $3bn+ and offices in over 35 countries. Posterscope is now owned by Dentsu. In 2013, she established an experiential marketing agency which grew to become MKTG (Dentsu), now operating with 1600 people across 18 countries.

Annie is passionate about the value of OOH to brands. She is also a founding member of the Women's Equality Party in the UK for whom she is an active advocate and campaigner. She is Chair of the Steering Committee and on the Executive.
